Natural hot springs of Bulgaria

The natural hot waters flowing from springs in Bulgaria are one of the treasures that can be found in this country for recreation, relaxation and even healing. For every pain or health problem, you can find a suitable healing mineral spring in Bulgaria. There are more than 500 mineral springs on the Bulgarian territory.

Valley of Roses

Bulgarian Roses bloom in the fields of the Valley of Roses in the Kazanlak region, a region of Bulgaria located between the Balkan Mountains and the Sredna Gora mountain range.

Geologically, the region consists of two river valleys, those of Stryama in the west and Tundzha in the east.

The valley is famous for its history and industry of growing Bulgarian Roses which have been cultivated there for centuries and which today produces 85% of the world's rose oil. Indeed, Bulgarian Roses are an unrivaled local product and famous throughout the world.

Rosa damascena (Damask Rose) is the main variety grown in Bulgaria.

The Bulgarian Rose or Rosa Damascena is grown in the Valley of Roses in central Bulgaria and is harvested in June.

It has now become essential in the field of perfumery and luxury.

It will seduce you with its unique fragrance and you will find here rose extracts, petals, rose water and essential oil of Bulgarian Roses.

Take advantage of our many offers to intoxicate yourself with its unforgettable scent.

Note that in September 2014, the European Commission approved Bulgarian Rose oil (“Bulgarsko rozovo maslo”) as a new protected geographical indication (PGI) and that Bulgaria alone produces 85% of the world's production of rose oil.
